Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes you may want to return a product. That's why we have a clear and fair return policy, so you know exactly what to expect.



Reflection Period (Right of Withdrawal)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without stating a reason.

Do you wish to exercise your right of return? Then you must register your return with us within 14 days of receipt.

After registration, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.


Conditions for return

To be eligible for a full refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product may be unpacked for assessment.
  • The product must be undamaged.
  • The product must not be deformed or discolored.
  • The product must be returned complete.
  • If possible, the product should be returned in its original packaging.

If a product is damaged or shows clear signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess it, a reduction in value may be applied.

Damaged or incorrectly delivered product

Did you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item?

Then contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@flora-exclusive.nl and include clear photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • Any damage

After assessment, we will provide a suitable solution free of charge, such as replacement or refund.
